Film location wanted between Birmingham and London

We have a client seeking a location for 2 days filming in May and June. Needs to be a stylish house with a large reception room - could be a barn, church, factory conversion or old house. The reception room needs to be big enough to accommodate a film crew plus 30 guests.

We have just had an inquiry in from a client who is looking for a location in Southampton. The location would be for a editorial shoot for well known British band. We are looking for a place that is large, quite trendy, with a more masculine interior design.
