Residential property surrounded by shops and commercial buildings

Film Location wanted. Our client is looking for a residential property in London which could be the house of an elderly lady who is holding out against the tide of change in her neighbourhood. It needs to have an urban feel with a front garden if possible.

Alternatively if you have a Victorian mansion (a bit creepy looking) in a run-down area then this might provide an alternative location.
